Car
If you are driving, start from the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve entrance. Head towards the main road, Bukit Timah Road. Follow Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Upper Bukit Timah Road. Turn left onto Upper Bukit Timah Road. Continue straight until you reach the road sign for Chek Jawa Trail, which will lead you onto a smaller road. Follow this road until you arrive at the Chek Jawa Wetlands car park. Park your car and walk towards the trail entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Chek Jawa Wetlands using public transport, start at the nearest bus stop to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Board Bus 170 or Bus 75, heading towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Get off at the bus stop near the junction of Upper Bukit Timah Road and the road leading to Chek Jawa Trail. From the bus stop, walk along the side of Upper Bukit Timah Road until you see the entrance to Chek Jawa Trail. Follow the trail signs to reach the wetlands.

Walking
If you are already within Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and wish to walk to the Chek Jawa Wetlands, start from the Nature Reserve visitor center. Follow the marked trails south towards the main path leading out of the reserve. Once you reach the main road (Upper Bukit Timah Road), turn left and continue walking until you see the sign for Chek Jawa Trail. Follow the trail signs to navigate directly to the wetlands.
