Getting There

  • Walking

    From Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head east on Bukit Timah Road towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Continue walking for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Jalan Jurong Kechil. Turn left onto Jalan Jurong Kechil and follow it until you reach the Bukit Batok MRT Station. From the MRT Station, take the Downtown Line towards Expo and alight at Chinatown MRT Station. Exit the station using Exit A and walk straight along Pagoda Street. Continue straight until you reach Banda Street, where the Chinatown Visitor Centre is located at 2 Banda St, just a short walk from the MRT station.

  • Public Bus

    From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest bus stop along Bukit Timah Road, which is served by several bus routes. Take Bus 67 or 170 towards the direction of Bukit Batok MRT Station. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes and alight at the bus stop near Chinatown MRT Station. From there, exit the station via Exit A and walk straight along Pagoda Street. Continue until you reach Banda Street, where the Chinatown Visitor Centre is located at 2 Banda St.
