Public Bus
From Bukit Timah, head to the nearest bus stop, which is likely along Bukit Timah Road. You can take Bus 67 or Bus 170 towards the direction of the Central Area. After about 20 minutes, alight at the 'Clarke Quay' bus stop. From there, walk about 5 minutes towards River Valley Road, and you will reach Clarke Quay.
MRT
Make your way to the nearest MRT station, which is likely Beauty World MRT Station on the Downtown Line. Take the train towards Expo station. At the 6th stop, alight at Clarke Quay MRT Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to exit 'B' and walk down towards the waterfront, and you will find Clarke Quay.
Walking
If you are near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, exit the reserve and head towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Then, walk towards the Bukit Timah Road and continue straight until you reach the junction of River Valley Road. Turn right onto River Valley Road and continue walking until you reach Clarke Quay, which should take about 30 minutes.
