    If you are starting from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head east on Bukit Timah Road towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the junction with Jalan Jurong Kechil. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Dunearn Road. Turn left onto Dunearn Road and walk for approximately 600 meters. You will then reach the Bukit Timah MRT Station. From there, take the Downtown Line towards Expo. Get off at Little India MRT Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to exit B towards Serangoon Road. Once outside, walk along Serangoon Road for about 300 meters. Turn right onto Kerbau Road, and the Former House of Tan Teng Niah will be on your right at number 37.
