From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit A. After emerging from the exit, walk straight ahead towards the Singapore River. Cross the bridge to reach the opposite side, where you will find the riverside promenade. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the junction of New Bridge Road and South Bridge Road. Turn left onto South Bridge Road and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Upper Cross Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dunlop Street. Turn right onto Dunlop Street, and you will find Masjid Abdul Gafoor at 41 Dunlop Street, just a short walk away.
