From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is typically located along Bukit Timah Road. You can take Bus 66 or 67 heading towards the city. Ride the bus until you reach the bus stop at the Downtown MRT Station. From there, switch to the Downtown Line and take the train towards Expo. Alight at the Bayfront MRT Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Marina Bay Sands and then walk towards Marina Blvd where i Light Singapore is located.

Head to the nearest MRT station, which is likely the Botanic Gardens MRT Station. Board the Circle Line train towards Dhoby Ghaut. At Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North South Line towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Marina Bay MRT Station. From the station, follow the signs to Marina Bay Sands and walk towards Marina Blvd. i Light Singapore will be visible in the area.
