If you are in Bukit Timah, start by walking to the nearby Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. From the nature reserve, head south towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Once you reach Upper Bukit Timah Road, turn left and continue walking straight. You will pass several small shops and local eateries along the way. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Jalan Jurong Kechil, where you will see a bus stop. Cross the road and take bus number 67 or 75. Alight at the stop 'Jalan Besar Sports Centre' after about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to 100 Tyrwhitt Rd, and you will find the sports center.

Start at Bukit Timah Plaza or any nearby bus stop. Catch bus number 67 or 75 heading towards Kallang. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next bus arrival. Once on the bus, enjoy the ride for about 15 minutes. Alight at the 'Jalan Besar Sports Centre' stop. After getting off, walk a short distance to your left to reach 100 Tyrwhitt Rd, where the center is located.
