Public Bus
From Bukit Timah, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Bukit Timah Road. Catch bus number 67, which goes towards the HarbourFront area. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'VivoCity' bus terminal. Once you arrive at VivoCity, look for the Sentosa Express station located on the third level of the mall. Purchase a ticket for the Sentosa Express, and board the train to Sentosa Island. Disembark at the 'Imbiah Lookout' station. From there, it's a short walk to Madame Tussauds Singapore, which is located at 40 Imbiah Rd.

If you're in the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, take a scenic walk towards the nearest main road (Holland Road). From there, head towards the bus stop on Holland Road. Catch bus number 7 or 105, which will take you to VivoCity. Once you reach VivoCity, head up to the third level to catch the Sentosa Express. After arriving at the Imbiah Lookout station, follow the signs to Madame Tussauds, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
