Getting There

Bus
From Bukit Timah, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is at Bukit Timah Road. Board bus number 67 or 170. Stay on the bus for about 20-25 minutes. Get off at the Marina Bay stop. From there, follow the signs leading to Marina Gardens. The Marina Barrage is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 10 minutes.

Head to the nearest MRT station, which is the Botanic Gardens MRT Station. Take the Downtown Line (Blue Line) towards Bayfront. After 4 stops, alight at Bayfront Station. Exit the station and follow the signs to Marina Bay Sands. Walk towards the Marina Bay area, and you will find Marina Barrage about a 15-minute walk away.

Walking
If you are near the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, you can walk towards the Bukit Timah Road and head east. Continue along Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Newton Road. Cross over to the other side and continue straight. After about 30-35 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Marina Barrage.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike at one of the bike-sharing stations. From Bukit Timah, cycle along Bukit Timah Road heading south. Continue towards River Valley Road and then onto Marina Boulevard. Following the bike lanes, you will arrive at Marina Barrage in approximately 25-30 minutes.
