If you are starting from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, exit the reserve and head southeast on Bukit Timah Road. Continue walking along Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Dunearn Road. Turn right onto Dunearn Road and walk until you reach the junction with Keng Lee Road. From there, continue straight onto Keng Lee Road, which will lead you directly to Beach Road. Once you reach Beach Road, turn left and walk until you see Masjid Hajjah Fatimah Mosque on your right at 4001 Beach Rd.

Public Bus
If you are near the Bukit Timah Plaza, take Bus 66 from the Bukit Timah Bus Stop (located in front of Bukit Timah Plaza). Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the Beach Road bus stop. From there, walk a short distance down Beach Road, and you will find Masjid Hajjah Fatimah Mosque at 4001 Beach Rd on your left.

From the Botanic Gardens MRT Station, take Bus 105 from the bus stop located just outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Beach Road bus stop. After getting off, walk along Beach Road to the west for approximately 5 minutes, and you will see Masjid Hajjah Fatimah Mosque at 4001 Beach Rd on your left.
