Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, head northeast on Bukit Timah Road until you reach the intersection with Dunearn Road. Turn left onto Dunearn Road and walk until you reach the Botanic Gardens MRT Station (about a 20-minute walk). From the station, take the Downtown Line (Blue Line) towards Expo and get off at the Bencoolen MRT Station. Exit the station and walk about 5 minutes on Bencoolen Street, then turn left onto Middle Road. The National Design Centre will be on your left at 111 Middle Rd.

  • Public Transport

    From Bukit Timah Plaza, walk to the nearest bus stop on Upper Bukit Timah Road. Take Bus 67 or 170 towards the city. Get off at the Bras Basah MRT Station stop after about 30 minutes. From the bus stop, walk approximately 6 minutes down Bras Basah Road, then turn right onto Middle Road. The National Design Centre will be on your right at 111 Middle Rd.

    If you're at Bukit Timah Market, walk south along Bukit Timah Road until you reach the intersection with Dunearn Road. Continue straight onto Dunearn Road for about 15 minutes until you reach the Botanic Gardens MRT Station. From the station, take the Downtown Line (Blue Line) towards Expo and disembark at the Bencoolen MRT Station. Exit and walk around 5 minutes down Bencoolen Street, then turn left onto Middle Road. The National Design Centre will be on your left at 111 Middle Rd.
