Walking
Start from the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Visitor Centre. Exit the centre and head southeast on Bukit Timah Road. Continue walking straight for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with Dunearn Road. At this junction, turn right onto Dunearn Road and walk for another 10 minutes. You will come to the Botanic Gardens MRT station, which is just a little further down. From there, take the MRT towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, and alight at the next stop. Once you reach Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North-South Line (Red Line) and take the train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next stop, which is City Hall. From City Hall MRT Station, take Exit A and walk towards the Padang, which will be visible ahead. It’s a lush open space located right next to the iconic Raffles Hotel. The entire journey will take approximately 1 hour.

Public Bus
From Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is along Bukit Timah Road. Board Bus 66, which heads towards the Newton MRT Station. Stay on the bus for about 10 stops until you reach the stop named 'Raffles Hotel.' After getting off, walk towards the hotel and follow the signs to the Padang, which is just across the street from the hotel. The entire trip will take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
