If you are in Bukit Timah, start by heading towards the nearest bus stop or MRT station. You can take bus number 67 or 75 from Bukit Timah Road towards the direction of the city. Get off at the 'Bencoolen St' stop. From there, walk towards North Bridge Road. You will see the grand building of City Hall ahead. It should take about 10-15 minutes to walk from the bus stop to City Hall.
