Car
If you're driving, head towards Kampong Glam. From the Central Region, take the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and exit at Rochor Road. Follow Rochor Road until you reach the junction with North Bridge Road. Turn left onto North Bridge Road and continue straight. You will see Sultan Gate on your left. The Malay Heritage Centre is located at 85 Sultan Gate, Singapore 198501. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared for potential fees or to find a nearby parking lot.
Public Transportation - MRT
Take the MRT to Bugis Station (East West Line or Downtown Line). Once you arrive at Bugis, take Exit B and walk along Victoria Street towards North Bridge Road. Cross over to the other side of North Bridge Road and continue straight until you reach Sultan Gate. The Malay Heritage Centre is located at 85 Sultan Gate, Singapore 198501. The MRT fare from Central Region to Bugis Station is approximately SGD 1.50 to SGD 2.00, depending on your starting point.
Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, look for bus services that stop at Sultan Gate. You can board at a bus stop near your location in Central Region. Common bus numbers that serve this area include 2, 7, 12, 32, and 64. Make sure to check the bus route and confirm that it stops at Sultan Gate. The fare for a bus ride is around SGD 1.50. Once you alight, you will find the Malay Heritage Centre at 85 Sultan Gate, Singapore 198501.
