Walking
From Chinatown MRT Station (NE4), exit the station and head towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Temple Street. Turn left onto Temple Street, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Upper Cross Street. Turn right onto Upper Cross Street and continue straight. You will see Clarke Quay ahead. Cross the road at the traffic light, and you will arrive at 3 River Valley Rd, where Clarke Quay is located.
Walking
If you are at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, exit the temple and head east on Temple Street. Turn left onto Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach South Bridge Road. Turn right onto South Bridge Road and continue walking until you reach the junction with Clarke Quay. Cross over to Clarke Quay at the traffic lights, and you will find Clarke Quay at 3 River Valley Rd.

From Chinatown Food Street, walk towards Smith Street and turn left onto Smith Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Upper Cross Street. Turn right onto Upper Cross Street, and keep walking straight. You will see Clarke Quay in the distance. Cross the road at the traffic light, and you will arrive at Clarke Quay at 3 River Valley Rd.
