Keep walking until you reach the end of the street, where you will see the bustling food stalls of Chinatown Food Street. From here, continue walking along the main road until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Cross the road, and follow the signs to Geylang Serai. You will need to take a bus or the MRT from this point to reach Geylang Serai.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From Chinatown, walk to the nearest bus stop, located on New Bridge Road. Take bus number 32 or 63 heading towards Geylang Serai. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Geylang Serai'. From the bus stop, Geylang Serai will be within a short walking distance. Just follow the signs towards Geylang Serai market.

  • Public Transport (MRT)

    From Chinatown MRT Station, take the North-East Line (purple line) towards Punggol. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and transfer to the Circle Line (yellow line) towards Bartley. Travel one stop and alight at Serangoon MRT Station. From there, exit the station and take bus number 70 or 76 towards Geylang Serai. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes in total.
