From Chinatown MRT Station (NE4), take Exit A and walk straight down Pagoda Street. Continue onto Smith Street, where you will find plenty of food stalls and shops. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Cross Street. Turn left onto Cross Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Eu Tong Sen Street. Cross Eu Tong Sen Street and continue straight onto Upper Cross Street. After a short walk, you will reach the junction with Victoria Street. Turn right onto Victoria Street, and you will find the National Library / Lee Kong Chian Reference Library at 100 Victoria St on your left.
