Cross Eu Tong Sen Street and continue straight onto Upper Cross Street. After a short walk, you will reach the junction with Victoria Street. Turn right onto Victoria Street, and you will find the National Library / Lee Kong Chian Reference Library at 100 Victoria St on your left.
