Walking
If you are at Chinatown MRT Station (NE4), exit the station and head towards Pagoda Street. Walk along Pagoda Street until you reach Temple Street. Turn left onto Temple Street and continue walking until you reach South Bridge Road. Turn right onto South Bridge Road and walk until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Cross New Bridge Road to get to the side with the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. From here, continue straight on to Upper Cross Street and then turn left onto Cross Street. After a short walk, you will reach the junction with Penang Road. Turn right onto Penang Road, and you will find Visual Arts Centre at 10 Penang Rd, #01-02 Dhoby Ghaut Green.

From Chinatown Point, walk to the nearest bus stop at New Bridge Road (Bus Stop ID: 05071). Take bus number 75, 100, or 197. After a short ride, alight at the Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station bus stop. From there, walk towards Dhoby Ghaut Green; the Visual Arts Centre is located at 10 Penang Rd, #01-02 Dhoby Ghaut Green.
