From Chinatown MRT Station (NE4/DT19), take Exit A and walk towards Pagoda Street. Continue on Pagoda Street and turn left onto South Bridge Road. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Upper Cross Street. Turn right onto Upper Cross Street and continue walking. You'll see a small hill on your left. Keep walking straight until you reach Pearl’s Hill Terrace. Upper Barracks is located at 18 Pearl's Hill Terrace, on your left.
