Follow Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Newton Road, then turn onto Newton Road. Continue onto Kampong Java Road, which will lead you to Bukit Timah Road again. Keep following the signs for Bukit Timah Road until you can merge onto the CTE again. After that, take Exit 3 toward Outram Road. Follow Outram Road, then turn left onto Chin Swee Road. Pearl's Hill City Park will be on your right. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a parking app.
