If you're driving, start by navigating to Chin Swee Road, which is easily accessible from the Northeast Region. You can take the Central Expressway (CTE) and exit at Exit 3 for Bukit Timah Road. Follow Bukit Timah Road until you reach the junction with Newton Road, then turn onto Newton Road. Continue onto Kampong Java Road, which will lead you to Bukit Timah Road again. Keep following the signs for Bukit Timah Road until you can merge onto the CTE again. After that, take Exit 3 toward Outram Road. Follow Outram Road, then turn left onto Chin Swee Road. Pearl's Hill City Park will be on your right. Note that parking may incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a parking app.

To reach Pearl's Hill City Park using the MRT, find the nearest MRT station in the Northeast Region (e.g., Punggol or Serangoon). Take the North East Line (purple line) towards Harbourfront. Transfer at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the North South Line (red line) and head towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Outram Park MRT Station. From Outram Park, you can either walk to the park (approximately 15 minutes) by heading northwest on Outram Road and turning onto Chin Swee Road, or you can take bus 143 from the bus stop outside Outram Park MRT (bus stop code 05181) and alight at the bus stop on Chin Swee Road (bus stop code 05129).
