Walking
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, exit the station and walk towards the Clarke Quay waterfront. Head towards the river and follow the boardwalk along the riverbank. Continue walking until you reach the iconic Clarke Quay area with its colorful shophouses. Keep walking towards the direction of the Swissotel Merchant Court and look for the pedestrian bridge that crosses the river. Cross the bridge, and as you reach the other side, you will find yourself at the Elgin Bridge, which is located on South Bridge Road.

If you are near the Central Mall or the Clarke Quay Central shopping center, exit the shopping center and head towards the river. Walk along the river promenade towards the direction of the Clarke Quay MRT Station. Once you reach the river, follow the walkway until you see the Elgin Bridge directly in front of you on South Bridge Road.

If you are in the vicinity of the Zouk Club, exit the club and head towards the river. Walk along the river promenade towards Clarke Quay. As you approach the Clarke Quay area, keep to the left side of the promenade, and you will see the Elgin Bridge shortly ahead, before you reach the colorful Clarke Quay shophouses.
