Walking
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit E. Walk straight towards the riverfront and turn left to follow the river promenade. Continue walking along the river until you reach the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, head straight towards the Supreme Court, which is located at 1 Supreme Ct Ln. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take the North East Line (purple line) towards Punggol. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Transfer to the Circle Line (yellow line) and take the train towards Marina Bay. Alight at the next station, Esplanade. From there, exit the station and walk towards the Supreme Court, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head northwest on Bras Basah Road, and then turn left onto Supreme Court Lane.
