Walking
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit A towards the riverside. Walk along the Singapore River towards the direction of the Central Business District. Continue walking until you reach the prominent bridge called the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge and head straight onto Fullerton Road. Continue on Fullerton Road until you reach the Esplanade area. From there, you will take a bus from the bus stop located near the Esplanade. Look for bus number 195, 196, or 197. This bus will take you towards Queenstown. Get off at the bus stop at 'Queenstown MRT Station'. Once you are at Queenstown MRT Station, follow the signs to Exit A, and when you exit, turn left and walk straight until you reach Hyderabad Road. HortPark should be on your right.
Public Bus
From Clarke Quay, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Clarke Quay Central. Board bus number 143 or 123. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the bus stop labeled 'HortPark'. From there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance of HortPark, which is located at 33 Hyderabad Rd.
Taxi
While taxis are a more direct option, they may be less ideal for tourists wanting to explore. However, if you choose to take a taxi from Clarke Quay, simply find a taxi stand or hail a taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to 'HortPark at 33 Hyderabad Rd'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
