From Clarke Quay MRT Station, exit the station and head towards River Valley Road. Walk along River Valley Road until you reach the junction with Havelock Road. Turn left onto Havelock Road and continue straight. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the Singapore River. Cross the river using the Cavenagh Bridge. After crossing, continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Orchard Road. Turn right onto Orchard Road and keep walking until you reach the nearest bus stop. From there, take bus 36 or 36A towards Changi Airport. Get off at the Jewel Changi Airport bus stop, and the HSBC Rain Vortex will be a short walk from there.

Start at Clarke Quay MRT Station. Take the North East Line (purple line) towards Punggol. Transfer at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the Circle Line (yellow line) towards Dhoby Ghaut. Get off at the Expo MRT Station. From there, take the Changi Airport Skytrain to the Jewel Changi Airport station. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the HSBC Rain Vortex, which is located inside the Jewel.
