Walking
From Clarke Quay, head towards the Clarke Quay MRT Station which is located near the riverside. Once you reach the station, take the North East Line (Purple Line) towards Punggol. Alight at HarbourFront MRT Station, which is about 5 stops away. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to VivoCity, a large shopping mall. After exiting VivoCity, head towards the Sentosa Express monorail station located on the third floor of the mall. Purchase a ticket for the monorail to Sentosa Island.
Monorail
Take the Sentosa Express monorail from VivoCity to Sentosa Island. Get off at the first stop, Beach Station. From there, you can either walk or take the Sentosa Bus to the S.E.A. Aquarium. If walking, follow the signs towards the S.E.A. Aquarium, which is about a 10-minute walk from Beach Station.
Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, after arriving at Beach Station, you can board the Sentosa Bus (Blue Line) that goes directly to the S.E.A. Aquarium. The bus ride is short and the aquarium will be clearly marked as a stop.
