If you're starting from the East Coast Park Hawker Centre, head towards the beach. Walk along the coastline path heading east. Continue walking until you reach the end of the park where you'll find the entrance to East Coast Parkway (ECP). Cross the road carefully at the traffic lights and follow the pedestrian path leading you towards Marine Parade. Keep walking straight until you see the bus stop.

From the bus stop, take bus number 31 or 196. These bus routes will take you towards Marine Parade. Get off at the bus stop named 'Marine Parade Rd - Blk 83'. From there, head east on Marine Parade Road, then turn left onto Tanjong Rhu Road. Continue walking straight until you reach Kwan Im Temple on your left.
