Walking
From wherever you are in East Coast Park, head towards the East Coast Park Service Road (the main path that runs along the beach). Follow the path towards the north until you reach the exit at Marine Parade Road. Once you exit the park, turn left and walk along Marine Parade Road until you reach the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 16 towards Bedok and alight at the stop near the Tanjong Katong Complex. After getting off the bus, walk along Tanjong Katong Road towards the main road, then turn left onto Telok Ayer Street. Continue walking straight until you reach 192 Telok Ayer Street, where Masjid Al-Abrar is located.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle in East Coast Park, start cycling towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) exit. Once you reach the exit, follow the signs to Marine Parade Road. Cycle along Marine Parade Road until you reach the bus stop near the Tanjong Katong Complex. From there, continue cycling straight along Tanjong Katong Road, then turn left onto Telok Ayer Street. Masjid Al-Abrar will be on your right at 192 Telok Ayer Street.

From East Coast Park, make your way to the nearest bus stop located along East Coast Parkway. Board Bus 36 or 43, which will take you towards the city center. Alight at the stop nearest to Chinatown MRT Station. From the MRT station, exit and walk along Upper Cross Street, then turn right onto Telok Ayer Street. Continue straight until you reach 192 Telok Ayer Street, where you will find Masjid Al-Abrar.
