From Orchard Road, head towards the nearest MRT station, Orchard MRT Station (NS22). Take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24/NE6/CC1). Transfer to the North-East Line (Purple Line) and take the train towards Punggol. Alight at Chinatown MRT Station (NE4). Exit the station and head towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Maxwell Road. Turn left onto Maxwell Road and continue walking until you see The URA Centre on your right at 45 Maxwell Road.
