Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are at East Coast Park near the East Coast Park Lagoon Food Village, head west along the East Coast Park Path. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the end of the park. Look for the exit towards Marine Parade Road. Once you reach Marine Parade Road, turn left and walk along the road for about 500 meters until you reach the bus stop at Marine Parade Road. From there, take Bus 36, 48, or 196 and alight at the stop near Bukit Timah. After alighting, walk about 1 kilometer to 14 Jalan Kebaya, where Tan Kong Tian Temple is located.

  • Cycling

    Rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental stations in East Coast Park. Start cycling west along the East Coast Park Path towards the park exit. Continue cycling until you reach Marine Parade Road. Once you exit the park, turn left onto Marine Parade Road and cycle for about 500 meters to reach the bus stop. After reaching the bus stop, you can either continue cycling or take Bus 36, 48, or 196 towards Bukit Timah, then alight and cycle the remaining 1 kilometer to Tan Kong Tian Temple at 14 Jalan Kebaya.

    From East Coast Park, find the nearest bus stop along East Coast Parkway. Board Bus 36, 48, or 196. After a short ride, alight at the Bukit Timah area. From there, the temple is about a 15-minute walk away. Head towards Jalan Kebaya and follow the signs until you reach 14 Jalan Kebaya where Tan Kong Tian Temple is located.
