Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Kallang, head towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and take the exit towards Central Business District (CBD). Merge onto Nicoll Highway and continue until you reach the junction with Mountbatten Road. Turn left onto Mountbatten Road and follow it until you reach the junction with Fort Road. Turn right onto Fort Road, then take the first left onto Fort Canning Road. Follow Fort Canning Road, which will lead you directly to Fort Canning Park. Note that parking is available at the park, but it may incur a fee.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Fort Canning Park via public transportation, start by locating the nearest MRT station in Kallang. Board the East West Line (EWL) towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Bugis MRT Station. Transfer to the Downtown Line (DTL) and take the train towards Bukit Panjang. Alight at Fort Canning MRT Station. From the station, take Exit B and walk towards Fort Canning Park, which is just a 5-minute walk away. Be sure to check the MRT schedule for any service updates. The train fare should be around SGD 2-3 depending on your starting point.

  • Bus

    If you prefer to take the bus, you can catch bus number 7, 14, 16, or 77 from Kallang. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop to your location. Travel towards the CBD and alight at the nearest bus stop to Fort Canning Park. From the bus stop, it will be a short walk to the park entrance. The bus fare will generally range from SGD 1-2 based on the distance traveled.
