Walking
From the Little India MRT Station, exit via Exit E. Walk straight along Serangoon Road and turn left onto Race Course Road. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Bukit Timah Road. Here, you will find the bus stop for Bus 123. Board the bus and ride it for approximately 30 minutes, getting off at the Sentosa Gateway stop. From there, follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail station, which will take you directly to Sentosa Island.
Bus
From Little India, head to the bus stop located near Mustafa Centre. Take Bus 133 towards Sentosa. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Sentosa Gateway stop. From there, follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail, which will take you to Sentosa Island.
Combination of Walking and Bus
Start from Little India MRT Station and walk to the nearest bus stop on Serangoon Road. Take Bus 65 towards Harbourfront. After about 20 minutes, get off at the VivoCity bus interchange. From VivoCity, go to the 3rd floor and board the Sentosa Express monorail which will take you to Sentosa Island. The whole journey will take approximately 45 minutes.
