Walking
From the Little India MRT Station, exit onto Serangoon Road. Turn right and head towards the junction with Bukit Timah Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the Little India Arcade. Once there, turn left onto Campbell Lane, then right onto Dunlop Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Besar. Cross over to the other side of Jalan Besar and continue walking straight until you reach the Farrer Park MRT Station. From Farrer Park MRT Station, take the MRT towards Dhoby Ghaut on the North East Line. Once at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, transfer to the Circle Line and take the train towards Harbourfront. Alight at Telok Blangah MRT Station. After exiting the station, head towards the exit that leads to Telok Blangah Green. Follow the signs to Telok Blangah Hill Park, which is a short walk from the station.

From Little India, walk to the nearest bus stop at Serangoon Road. Take bus number 67 or 130, which travels towards Bukit Merah. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and alight at the 'Telok Blangah Hill Park' bus stop. After getting off, follow the signs pointing towards Telok Blangah Hill Park, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
