Follow the signs for Kheam Hock Rd, which will take you past the Singapore Island Country Club. Continue straight until you reach a small parking area on your right where the trailhead for the Abandoned Car Trail is located. There is no parking fee.

For travelers using public transport, take the MRT to the nearest station, which is the Bishan MRT Station (Circle Line). From Bishan, take bus number 138 towards the Singapore Island Country Club. Alight at the stop closest to Kheam Hock Rd. From there, walk towards Kheam Hock Rd and follow the road until you see the small parking area on your right, which serves as the trailhead for the Abandoned Car Trail. The bus fare is approximately SGD 1.00 - 1.50 depending on your starting point.
