From Marina Bay, head to the nearest bus stop. You can find a bus stop at Marina Bay Sands. Take bus number 97 or 97E. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Alight at the Kent Ridge Park bus stop. Once you get off, follow the signposts leading into the park. It's a short walk from the bus stop to the entrance of Kent Ridge Park.

MRT and Walking
Start at the Bayfront MRT Station. Take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut and change trains at Dhoby Ghaut to the North East Line (Purple Line) towards Punggol. Alight at the HarbourFront MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards the VivoCity shopping mall. From VivoCity, follow the signs to the Sentosa Express and take the monorail to the Sentosa Island. At the Sentosa Gateway, take bus number 123 to the Kent Ridge Park stop. Upon arrival, walk to the park entrance.

Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to walk, you can take a scenic route. From Marina Bay, walk towards the Singapore River and follow the riverside path. Continue walking until you reach the Southern Ridges trail. The trail will lead you towards Kent Ridge Park. The entire walking distance is around 5 kilometers and will take approximately 1 hour, depending on your pace. Enjoy the views along the way!

While you mentioned not traveling by car, if you feel the need for convenience, you can take a taxi from Marina Bay.
