If you are at the Marina Bay Sands, head towards the Marina Bay waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of the Merlion Park. Continue walking past the Merlion until you reach the Esplanade Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay. From there, head towards the right and follow the signs leading to Empress Place. The Dalhousie Obelisk is located at 1 Empress Place, which is just a short walk from the Esplanade.

Starting from the Gardens by the Bay, exit the gardens via the Dragonfly Bridge. This will lead you to Marina Barrage. Walk along the pathway that leads you to the Marina Bay waterfront, and continue walking towards the direction of the Marina Bay Sands. Once you reach the Marina Bay Sands, you can follow the previous directions to reach the Dalhousie Obelisk.

If you are near the Bayfront MRT Station, take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang and get off at the next station, which is Promenade MRT Station.
