Walking
Start at the nearest MRT station, Marina Bay MRT (CE2). From the station, head towards the exit that leads to Marina Bay Sands. Once you exit, walk straight towards the Marina Bay waterfront. Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach the iconic Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion Park. At this point, look for the direction signs leading to Collyer Quay. Follow the signs, and you will walk past the impressive views of the bay. After approximately 15-20 minutes of leisurely walking, you will arrive at Customs House located at 70 Collyer Quay. City View is situated on the roof level of this building.

Public Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, look for bus stops around Marina East. You can board Bus 400 or Bus 97E, which will take you towards the Central Business District (CBD). Disembark at the 'Collyer Quay' bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Customs House. Simply head towards the direction of the waterfront, and you will see the Customs House building. City View is located on the rooftop.

Bicycle Rental
For those who enjoy cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the public bike-sharing services available in Marina East. Start from your location and cycle along the scenic paths leading towards the Marina Bay area. Follow the routes that lead to the waterfront, and then head towards Collyer Quay. The ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. Once you reach Customs House, lock your bicycle at the designated bike parking before heading to City View on the rooftop.
