Walking
If you are on Orchard Road, start by heading towards the nearest MRT station. The closest MRT station is Orchard MRT Station (NS22). From the station, take the escalator down to the concourse level. Once you exit the station, walk along Orchard Road towards the direction of Ion Orchard shopping mall. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Scotts Road. Turn left onto Scotts Road and walk until you reach the MRT interchange at Dhoby Ghaut. From there, take the North South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier and get off at the next stop, which is City Hall MRT Station. Change trains here to the East West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris and get off at the next stop, which is Changi Airport MRT Station. Finally, follow the signs to Jewel Changi Airport, and you will find the Changi Experience Studio located at 78 Airport Blvd.

From any point on Orchard Road, locate the nearest bus stop. You can take Bus 7, 14, 16, 36, or 66. Board the bus heading towards Changi Airport. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Stay alert for the stop at Jewel Changi Airport, which is well-marked. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the Jewel entrance, and you will find the Changi Experience Studio located at 78 Airport Blvd.
