From Orchard Road, head towards the nearest MRT station, Orchard MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards the main Orchard Road street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Scotts Road. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Ion Orchard shopping mall. From there, follow the signs to the MRT station, and take the North-South Line towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Clarke Quay MRT Station (approximately 4 stops). Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Clarke Quay, which is a short walk away.

Find the nearest bus stop on Orchard Road. Take Bus 36 or 105, which goes towards Clarke Quay. The bus stop at Clarke Quay is called 'Clarke Quay Station'. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. After you get off, follow the signs to Clarke Quay, which is nearby.
