    From Orchard Road, start at the Orchard MRT Station. Exit the station and head towards Orchard Road. Walk along Orchard Road heading towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Killiney Road. Cross over to the opposite side of the road and follow the signs towards Dhoby Ghaut. Once at Dhoby Ghaut, look for the exit that leads to the Singapore Management University (SMU). Walk past SMU towards Bras Basah Road. Turn left onto Bras Basah Road and continue walking straight until you reach Armenian Street. Turn right onto Armenian Street, and you will find the Peranakan Museum at 39 Armenian St.

    From Orchard Road, head to the nearest bus stop which is located at Orchard Gateway. Take bus number 7, 14, 16, 36, or 77. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and alight at the bus stop near the National Museum of Singapore. From there, walk along Bras Basah Road towards Armenian Street. Turn right onto Armenian Street, and you will soon arrive at the Peranakan Museum located at 39 Armenian St.

  • Public Transport (MRT)

    From Orchard Road, go to Orchard MRT Station. Take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier and alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (3 stops). At Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the Circle Line (Yellow Line) and take the train towards Bartley. Alight at the next stop, Bras Basah MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards Bras Basah Road. Turn left and then right onto Armenian Street. The Peranakan Museum will be on your right at 39 Armenian St.
