Upon getting off the bus, follow the signs to the MRT station and take the North East Line towards Punggol. Alight at 'Chinatown MRT Station'. Once you exit the station, head towards Pagoda Street and continue straight until you reach South Bridge Road. The Buddha Tooth Relic Temple will be on your left at 288 South Bridge Road.
