Walk to Orchard MRT Station and take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Khatib. Alight at Khatib MRT Station. From Khatib, exit the station and head to the bus interchange to board bus number 138. This bus will take you directly to the Singapore Zoo. The total journey may take around 50-60 minutes.
