Walking
From Orchard Road, head towards the nearest MRT station, Orchard MRT Station. Take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Jurong East. Alight at the 6th stop, which is Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Transfer to the North-East Line (Purple Line) towards Punggol and alight at the next stop, which is Little India MRT Station. From Little India Station, take Exit A and walk straight along Serangoon Road until you reach the junction with Jalan Besar. Turn left onto Jalan Besar and continue walking until you reach the bus stop at the corner with Kallang Road. Here, catch bus number 123, which will take you towards Johor Bahru. Alight at the stop before the Malaysia checkpoint and walk towards the checkpoint. After crossing the checkpoint, you will find signs directing you to Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque in Johor Bahru.

Public Bus
From Orchard Road, make your way to the nearest bus stop, Orchard Gateway. Board bus number 7, which heads towards the Singapore Flyer. Alight at the bus stop at the corner of Beach Road and Nicoll Highway. From there, walk to the nearest MRT station, Promenade MRT Station, and take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut. Alight at the next stop, which is Esplanade MRT Station. From Esplanade, walk towards the bus stop at the Esplanade Theater. Catch bus number 170, which will take you to the Johor Bahru checkpoint. After crossing the checkpoint into Malaysia, follow the signs to Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque.

Start at Orchard Road and make your way to Orchard MRT Station. Take the North-South Line towards Raffles Place and alight at the 7th stop, which is City Hall MRT Station. Transfer to the East-West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris. Travel for 2 stops and alight at Bugis MRT Station. From Bugis, take Exit B and walk to the bus stop on Victoria Street. Board bus number 170, which will take you to the Johor Bahru checkpoint. After crossing the checkpoint, follow the signs to Sultan Abu Bakar Mosque.
