From Orchard Road, make your way to the nearest MRT station, Orchard MRT Station (NS22). Take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24/NE6/CC1). Transfer to the North-East Line (Purple Line) towards Punggol and alight at Little India MRT Station (NE7). From Little India, exit the station and head towards Serangoon Road. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Arab Street. Turn left onto Arab Street and continue walking until you reach the Sultan Mosque at 3 Muscat St, which will be on your right.

From Orchard Road, head to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 7, 14, 16, 36, or 111 from the bus stop. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes and alight at the bus stop named 'Bendemeer Rd - Opp Geylang Bahru MRT Station'. From there, walk towards Geylang Bahru MRT Station and take the North-East Line towards Punggol. Alight at Little India MRT Station (NE7). Exit the station and walk towards Serangoon Road. Turn left onto Arab Street and continue until you reach Sultan Mosque at 3 Muscat St.
