To get to Singapore DUCKtours from any location in Pulau Semakau, you first need to travel back to the mainland. Take a ferry from Pulau Semakau to the mainland, which typically departs from the Pulau Semakau Ferry Terminal. Once back on the mainland, head to the nearest MRT station. Depending on your arrival point, you may need to take a taxi or local bus to the nearest MRT station, such as Pasir Ris MRT Station. Take the East West Line towards Tanah Merah MRT Station. At Tanah Merah, transfer to the Downtown Line and head towards Bukit Panjang MRT Station. Alight at the Promenade MRT Station. From there, it's a short walk to Suntec City. Look for Tower 2, and Singapore DUCKtours is located at 3 Temasek Boulevard #01-K8, Tower 2 Suntec City.

If you have access to a car, start by driving to the Pulau Semakau Ferry Terminal and take a ferry back to the mainland. Once you arrive back on the mainland, navigate towards the Central Area of Singapore. You can use a GPS navigation app to set the destination as 3 Temasek Boulevard #01-K8, Tower 2 Suntec City. Follow the directions provided by your GPS. Be aware that parking is available at Suntec City, so look for the designated parking entrances. After parking, make your way to Tower 2, and you will find Singapore DUCKtours on the first floor.
