    From Sembawang MRT Station, exit the station and head to the bus stop located next to the Sembawang Shopping Centre. Take bus number 856 towards Woodlands Bus Interchange. After approximately 30 minutes, alight at the bus stop opposite the Causeway Point Mall. Walk towards the Johor Bahru CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) Complex. After clearing the customs, continue walking straight until you reach Jalan Straits View. Bukit Serene Palace will be located on your right after a 15-minute walk.

  • Train and Bus

    From Sembawang MRT Station, take the North-South Line towards Marina South Pier and alight at Woodlands MRT Station. Transfer to bus number 950 from the bus interchange outside the MRT station. Ride the bus for about 45 minutes and alight at the bus stop near the Johor Bahru CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) Complex. After clearing customs, walk straight to Jalan Straits View. Bukit Serene Palace is approximately a 15-minute walk from there, located on your right.

    If you're staying in Sembawang area and prefer to walk, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll towards the Woodlands Checkpoint. From the Sembawang MRT station, head towards Sembawang Park, and then follow the path leading to the Causeway. It will take approximately 1 hour to reach the CIQ, after which you will walk along Jalan Straits View for about 15 minutes to reach Bukit Serene Palace.
