If you are near Sembawang MRT Station, take Bus 859 from the bus stop right outside the station (Bus Stop ID: 67101). Ride the bus for about 40 minutes until you reach the bus stop at Johor Bahru (Bus Stop ID: 12011). From there, you can walk to Jalan Gertak Merah, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs to the Johor Zoo, and you will see it on your left.

From Sembawang Park, walk to Sembawang MRT Station, which should take around 10 minutes. Once at the MRT Station, board Bus 859 and travel for about 40 minutes to Johor Bahru (Bus Stop ID: 12011). After alighting, walk towards Jalan Gertak Merah for about 15 minutes to reach Johor Zoo.
