Train and Bus
From Sembawang MRT Station, take the North-South Line towards Marina South Pier. Change trains at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station and switch to the North-East Line towards Punggol. Alight at Hougang MRT Station. From there, exit the station and walk to the nearest bus stop, Hougang MRT Station. Board Bus 27 or 112 and alight at Hougang Ave 10. Punggol Park is just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you're near the Sembawang Park area, you can walk to Punggol Park by heading east along Sembawang Road. Continue along until you reach the intersection with Yishun Ave 1 and turn left.
