From Sembawang MRT Station, take Bus 859. Board the bus at the bus stop opposite the station. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Alight at the stop after the junction of Mandai Road and Upper Seletar Reservoir Road. From the bus stop, walk along Upper Seletar Reservoir Road towards Mandai Road Track 7. Follow the signs for Upper Seletar Reservoir Park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are near Yishun MRT Station, you can also walk to Upper Seletar Reservoir Park. Start from Yishun MRT and walk towards Yishun Avenue 1, then head towards Mandai Road. Once you reach Mandai Road, continue walking straight for approximately 25 minutes until you see the entrance to Upper Seletar Reservoir Park on your right at Mandai Road Track 7.
