From Sembawang MRT Station, take Bus 859. Board the bus at the bus stop opposite the station. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Alight at the stop after the junction of Mandai Road and Upper Seletar Reservoir Road. From the bus stop, walk along Upper Seletar Reservoir Road towards Mandai Road Track 7. Follow the signs for Upper Seletar Reservoir Park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Walking
If you are near Yishun MRT Station, you can also walk to Upper Seletar Reservoir Park. Start from Yishun MRT and walk towards Yishun Avenue 1, then head towards Mandai Road. Once you reach Mandai Road, continue walking straight for approximately 25 minutes until you see the entrance to Upper Seletar Reservoir Park on your right at Mandai Road Track 7.

Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental stations in Sembawang. Head towards the Sembawang Park Connector, which will lead you towards Mandai Road. Follow the cycling path along Mandai Road until you reach Upper Seletar Reservoir Park. The ride takes about 30 minutes depending on your pace.
