Walking
If you're at the Sentosa Express Monorail Station, exit the station and head towards the beach. Follow the signs towards Beach Station. Once you reach Beach Station, take the beach tram towards Siloso Beach. After enjoying the beach, retrace your steps back to Beach Station. From there, walk towards the Sentosa Gateway and cross the bridge towards the mainland. Continue walking straight past the Resorts World Sentosa and you will reach the VivoCity shopping mall. From VivoCity, head to the HarbourFront MRT Station, then take the MRT towards Dhoby Ghaut. Change lines at Dhoby Ghaut to the North-South Line (Red Line) and take it to Marina Bay MRT Station. Once you arrive at Marina Bay MRT Station, follow the signs to Marina Boulevard. The Red Dot Design Museum will be on your right at 11 Marina Blvd.

Start at the nearest bus station in Sentosa, like the Beach Station bus stop. Take the bus to VivoCity. Once at VivoCity, go to the HarbourFront MRT Station located inside the mall. Take the MRT towards Dhoby Ghaut and switch at Dhoby Ghaut to the North-South Line (Red Line). When you reach Marina Bay MRT Station, follow the signs leading you to Marina Boulevard. Walk straight; the Red Dot Design Museum will be at 11 Marina Blvd on your right.
