If you are near the Beach Station, head towards the Sentosa Express station located there. Board the Sentosa Express train towards 'Waterfront Station'. After about 5 minutes, disembark at Waterfront Station. Once you exit the station, turn right and walk along the path that leads you towards the S.E.A. Aquarium. You will see clear signage directing you to the aquarium, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away.

If you are at Universal Studios Singapore, exit the park and head towards the waterfront. Follow the signs for the S.E.A. Aquarium. It’s a scenic walk along the waterfront area. You will pass by various attractions and shops, and it should take you about 10-15 minutes to reach the aquarium.

If you are at the Merlion Statue, walk towards the beach. Follow the path that leads to the Beach Station. Once you reach Beach Station, follow the directions to the Sentosa Express and take it to Waterfront Station. After disembarking, follow the signs that guide you to the S.E.A. If you are near the Imbiah Lookout, you can take the cable car to the HarbourFront Station. From there, walk to the HarbourFront MRT station and take the MRT to Vivocity. Exit and take the Sentosa Express from the Vivocity to Waterfront Station. Upon arrival at Waterfront Station, follow the signs to the S.E.A. Aquarium, which is about a 5-minute walk.
